Linh fish is a type of fish that only appears in the flood season in the Southwest provinces. If it’s cold, there’s a bowl of hot and sour soup with a hot pot of rice, there’s no better taste, just thinking about it, I’ve liked it.

4. How to Make Sweet & Sour Soup with Siamese Mud Carp Soup & Sesbania Flower

Ingredient

500 grams of fish

200 grams of tamarind

300 grams of Sesbania flower

200 grams of cotton balls

3 tomatoes

3 cloves of garlic

2 chili peppers

A few stalks of cilantro, cinnamon, and cilantro to season the sour soup

Spice

cooking oil, sugar, salt, seasoning, fish sauce

Implementation Steps

Process materials

1. Buy Linh fish and soak it in salt water, then wash it well and put it in a basket to dry.

2. Chopsticks pick up the waterlogged and damaged parts, then wash them and put them in the basket.

3. Wash tomatoes, cut them into finely chopped pieces to add to the hot pot to create a nice taste and color of the water.

4. Peel the garlic, put it in the blender

5. The seasoning vegetables also pick up the bad leaves and then wash them. Cut into small pieces to put in sour soup

6. Tamarind and chili washed

Marinated fish

After draining, marinate with 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar and seasoning seeds and a few slices of chili to make the fish more fragrant and spicy.

Cook sour soup

Put the pan on, heat the cooking oil, then add the minced garlic and saute until fragrant, then add the minced tomatoes and stir-fry. Turn off the stove to put some into the pot of sour soup.

Pick up the pot of water, put me in. When the water boils, the tamarind is cooked, put it in a bowl of splinter several times to remove all the dead tamarind. Add the sautéed tomatoes, seasoning to taste, including 2 tablespoons of salt, 3/5 tablespoons of sugar and 4 tablespoons of seasoning. Then, add in the fish. Clean up the food and enjoy

Note

You should choose small fish that will be more delicious than big fish. Choose fresh fish and when washing, do not rub vigorously, it will destroy the fish intestines, causing a bitter taste. Don’t cook fish for too long, it will lose its inherent crispy and delicious taste.

Most people get so hung up on not drinking the water or skipping ice in drinks that they don’t think about all of the other ways in which water is used in food service. Fruits and vegetables tend to be washed with tap water in most places, rather than the filtered water that locals drink—or sometimes it’s not washed at all.
