How To Make Powder
Put rice flour, glutinous rice flour and granulated sugar in a bowl, mix well. You can sift the dry flour mixture through once to remove the remaining particles, making the dough smoother.
Dissolve pandan leaf powder with a little hot water so that the mixture becomes a paste, slightly sticky. Next, add coconut water to the pandan leaf powder, stir well to combine the ingredients.
Filter the pandan leaf powder once and then mix it with the glutinous rice flour mixture, stirring to obtain a smooth, beautiful pandan cake powder.
How To Steam Delicious tube Cake
Put the steamer on the stove, add water and bring to a boil. Then, wrap a wet towel around the mouth of the pot to prevent steam from escaping.
Put the special tube cake mold with the bottom iron in the pot, skillfully put the screw in the middle of the iron, slowly pour the dough into the mold.
