Renting a sampan by yourself is about 350.000vnd [~15$] for 2 or 3 people for about 12km. This price is about the tour from Ninh Kieu pier to Cai Rang floating market. It is about double the price for both Cai Rang floating market and small canals. It costs a bit extra if you ask for fruit garden, stops along the way.
