I think this was my favorite morning in Vietnam. It all started with a boat ride at sunrise — calm river, pink skies, pineapple straight from a floating boat. Then came a peaceful ride to a fruit garden where we tasted rambutans, mangosteens, and star apples right from the trees. But the coolest part? The noodle house. The family showed us how they make the noodles, and the wife made us something called “noodle pizza” which sounds weird but tastes amazing. The cacao farm was another surprise — it smelled like chocolate heaven. We drank cacao milk and even tried the cacao wine (strong stuff!). Lunch was included — super fresh. Duy was excellent throughout, keeping the vibe light and personal. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
