Pick-up5:00 AM, our English speaking tour guide and car will pick you up from your hotel and transfer to the Ninh Kieu pier for embarking the authentic small boat (sampan).

Guide Thomas picked us up right on time — 5 AM sharp. The floating market was fascinating; he explained the trading system and how each boat hangs their goods on a pole. After tasting the best hủ tiếu of my life, we cruised into quiet backwaters before reaching the cacao farm. The real fun began with cycling — 12 kilometers through lush greenery and small bridges. Thomas made sure everyone felt safe but still adventurous. We even stopped by an old war tree, and hearing his explanation gave me goosebumps. This is not a touristy ride — it’s pure Mekong life.
What an unforgettable day with guide Jade! We started early with coffee on a sampan, watching the sunrise over Cai Rang floating market — a mosaic of boats, people, and colors. Later, the peaceful canals gave way to narrow village paths for cycling. I loved how Jade shared stories about the war tree, explaining how locals once hid under its roots — incredible! The cacao farm was small but charming; I tried fresh cacao milk and even cracked open a pod. This tour feels real, raw, and full of human warmth — obrigado, Jade!
