ItineraryPickup: At 5 AM, our English-speaking tour guide will pick you up from your hotel by car and transfer you to Ninh Kieu Pier to board an authentic small boat (sampan).
Arrive at Cai Rang Floating Market – a must-see in Can Tho, Mekong Delta. Your guide will explain why it is an early morning floating market and how it is slowly disappearing. The experience includes the best noodle soup on the river (vegetarian option available). Find a reason to interact with the river life and enjoy fresh fruits during your tour.

It is where locals trade fresh fish, fruits, and produce in a lively, authentic setting untouched by mass tourism. You will witness real daily life, colorful scenes, and the strong sense of community that sustains the Mekong.
Fresh seasonal tropical fruits are also included during the tour.
Around 8:30 AM, pick up a bicycle and begin the cycling tour.

Continue cycling to a local ferryboat to cross to the other side of the Mekong River, where authentic local life and daily activities unfold — a perfect place to bike back to "THE REAL MEKONG". Your guide will explain more about local life and agriculture in the Mekong region.
Visit a local countryside market along the cycling route, where you can experience daily life like a local in the Mekong Delta.
Pedal through riverside villages and over rustic bridges to admire stilt houses lining the small canals — an iconic image of the Mekong Delta from the past.

When people ask me what to see in Mekong today. I tell them view our MekongDelta365.
Nowadays, there are more and more green and responsible tours which are meaningful and educational as well. This is why Can Tho noodle factory is getting popular for both Vietnamese and foreigners to come and explore the cuisine culture and the typical local life in Can Tho, Mekong Delta.
Waking up at 5 AM was tough, but guide Duy made it worth every minute. The floating market felt like a living story — steaming noodle soup, laughter, and the smell of fresh pineapples on the air. After breakfast on the boat, we visited a cacao farm and met “Mr. Cacao” himself, such a warm man! Then came my favorite part — cycling through the Mekong countryside. Kids waved as we passed, chickens ran across the paths, and Duy stopped by a massive ficus tree once used by Viet Cong fighters. It felt surreal to stand where history once hid. This tour blends culture, peace, and adventure perfectly.
Chris is the type of guide who makes you feel like you’re exploring with a friend.
The sunrise floating market wasn’t loud or crowded — it was quiet and so local.
Eating noodle soup on a boat as the sun came up was unforgettable.
The rice noodle stop was such a personal touch, learning how families work every day.
The canals were a dream. I loved the paddling silence and the green tunnel feel.
Biking was fun, flat, and full of little surprises — from children waving to chickens crossing our path.
Cacao milk? Delicious. This tour has my full heart.
