I’m so glad we booked this tour — it wasn’t rushed, yet we did so much in one day. David was friendly and very knowledgeable, sharing stories about the region that we’d never find in guidebooks.
The flower village in Sa Dec was like a living art gallery. Everywhere you look: color, scent, texture. At Xeo Quyt, David helped us imagine how the swamp once hid soldiers during wartime — such a surreal contrast to the current peacefulness.
And the Huynh Thuy Le house? I didn’t know the book or the movie beforehand, but now I’m reading The Lover because David made the story so fascinating. Smooth drive, great lunch, beautiful sites. Just excellent.
