This tour was a beautiful blend of nature, history, and culture. Our guide Hannah met us at the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and made the day seamless and fun from start to finish.
Sadec flower village felt like stepping into a fairy tale — the colors and scents of the flowers were incredible. Hannah’s storytelling made the history of the village and its flowers come alive.
The highlight was definitely the serene hand-rowing sampan trip through Xeo Quyt forest. Seeing the Viet Cong bunkers hidden in the thick canopy added a deep sense of history to the natural beauty. It was peaceful but very moving.
Visiting the Huynh Thuy Le Ancient house and Kien An Cung pagoda brought a romantic literary connection to the trip, especially for fans of “The Lover.”
The authentic Vietnamese lunch was delicious and a perfect way to relax before the transfer to Can Tho. Hannah’s warmth and knowledge made this one of our favorite days in Vietnam.
This Sadec tour was one of the most meaningful experiences I’ve had in Vietnam. Our guide Lam was amazing — friendly, patient, and full of fascinating stories. Visiting the flower village was like entering a fairy tale, surrounded by stunning blooms and vibrant greenery. Lam’s explanations made me appreciate not only the beauty but also the care and tradition behind the cultivation. The highlight was definitely the hand-rowing sampan ride through the mysterious Xeo Quyt forest, where the silence and lush surroundings were magical. Learning about the Viet Cong bunkers from Lam added depth to what seemed at first like just a peaceful boat ride. The visit to the Huynh Thuy Le Ancient house was captivating, especially hearing the history behind the iconic novel. The included Vietnamese lunch was authentic and delicious — a perfect end to a well-rounded tour. Lam’s passion for the region made this day truly unforgettable.
