This Mekong Delta tour was truly unforgettable. From the moment our guide Duy warmly welcomed us at Cuu Long B hotel, I felt immersed in Vietnamese culture. Cruising past the ancient brick kiln Kingdom was like stepping back centuries. I loved the village trek, seeing locals craft bricks with care and pride, and hearing their stories. The lunch on board was delicious and relaxing as we floated toward An Binh islet. The highlight was definitely the sampan ride through tiny canals, peaceful and picturesque. Duy’s knowledge and passion made every moment special. A must-do for anyone wanting an authentic taste of the Mekong!
Our day tour in Vinh Long was a wonderful dive into the region’s rich heritage. From the start, our guide Duy greeted us warmly at the Cuu Long B hotel lobby and led us to the boat station. Duy’s passion for local history truly enriched the visit to the pottery kilns, where we saw the skilled artisans at work crafting pieces for export worldwide.
Cruising along the mighty Mekong River to the brick kiln Kingdom felt like stepping back in time. The village trek gave us an authentic glimpse into local life and the centuries-old brick-making traditions. Duy’s insightful commentary made this part especially meaningful.
After lunch on board, we switched to a rowing sampan and enjoyed the serene canals around An Binh islet — a beautiful and peaceful part of the trip. The visit to the coconut candy and pop rice workshop was both educational and tasty, with lovely samples to try.
Ending back at the hotel by mid-afternoon was convenient, and Duy’s friendly and attentive guidance made this a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend this tour for culture lovers and curious travelers alike!
