Sadec flower villageVisit Sadec flower village where tourists seem to be lost in a fairyland, full of colours and aromas of diverse flowers and plants, namely dahlia, hydrangeas, orchids, areca, wrightia religiosa, hibiskus rosa-sinensis and African marigold. The village also boasts several varieties of roses in different colours of red, violet, pink, white and orange.

Xeo Quyt forest and Hand-rowing sampanThe next stop is the magnificent 52-hectare Xeo Quyt forest. One vast swamp beneath a beautiful thick canopy of tall trees and vines, it hides the remains of Viet Cong bunkers, which can be seen by rowing sampan inside the forest.

Minh was a great guide! Funny, smart, and full of little stories that brought everything to life. The morning tour was well-paced and full of small surprises.
We started with the flower village – such vivid colors and friendly locals! Minh introduced us to a woman who had been growing roses for 30 years — incredible. Then off to Xeo Quyt: quiet, green, still. Minh showed us where the Viet Cong bunkers were hidden — fascinating.
The ancient house and temple in town wrapped things up perfectly. I couldn’t believe how much we saw and learned in just a few hours. Highly recommend!
Duy is such a kind and well-informed guide. He had a calm way of explaining things that made the whole trip feel relaxing yet enriching.
I loved the contrast between the lively flower village and the quiet Xeo Quyt forest. Floating through the trees, with sunlight filtering down, hearing birds in the distance — it felt like meditation. Duy even pointed out rare plants and small crabs hiding in the roots.
The final visit to the ancient house and the old pagoda added the cultural layer I didn’t know I needed. It was more than a tour — it felt like walking through a living story.
