What a lovely and genuine experience! Hannah was not only informative but incredibly kind and thoughtful. The boat ride gave us a deeper understanding of life on the river. I especially appreciated visiting Tan Thach village — away from the crowds, peaceful, and so welcoming. The coconut candy process was surprisingly fascinating, and the family running the workshop made us feel like old friends. I adored the horse cart ride and the music performance — it gave me goosebumps! Vietnam’s soul shines through this tour. Lunch was delicious and more than enough. Hannah, thank you for the beautiful memories!
Danh is an extraordinary guide — thoughtful, knowledgeable, and full of positive energy. We saw so much in just a few hours: floating houses, the lesser-known village of Tan Thach, horse carts, traditional music, and tranquil canals. Danh’s stories made everything come alive. My favorite part was the hand-rowed sampan — so peaceful, so authentic. The Mekong seems like a world of its own, and I’m grateful we had someone like Danh to guide us through it. The elephant ear fish was also an unexpected delight. If you’re in My Tho and want a real experience of southern Vietnam, this is it
