  • Price & tip based tour policies
    Our free tours do not have a set price, instead, EACH PERSON gives the tour guide at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (our tip based tour policies usually range from €10 (250,000 VND) to $30 depending on your budget and your level of enjoyment).
  • Where Can I Rent a Bike?
    You just get to the meeting point. We will prepare the bikes there.
    Bike rental with helmet for the cycling tour is 75,000 vnd (3usd/half day) - the guests will pay in cash when they are on the free biking tour.
    If you do not join in the tour but still want to rent a bike with a free given Google maps. Please WhatsApp us.

    Just go to the Meeting point "VeMekong - Boat, Bike, Free Tours" on Google Maps and look for our guide. We will send you the picture of the tour guide via WhatsApp.
  • What should I wear?
    This is a biking tour, so we always recommend shoes and outdoor clothing (no pagoda or temple). Check the weather on the day of the tour, but we recommend bring a raincoat and some SPF just encased.
  • How You Handle to Run The Free Tour?
    Yes, we know it’s hard to believe, but this tour is free. If there is a price, is totally up to you! After the tour you can reward the guide, according to your possibilities and your decision, if you feel it’s fair because you had a wonderful time. Part of your tip will be used for marketing and some other operational costs. This is a risky but effective system. We make sure our tours are highly qualified and the client is duly satisfied. Also, we are proud the welcome everybody to our tours, no matter their budget.

    Fantastic tour!

    Fantastic tour. Went all over Can Tho village and bike along the small canals. I wouldn’t have been able to see by walking, plus he gave us information we wouldn’t have gotten just by walking round. Bring lots of water though it’s very hot. Also having a chance to enjoy the Mekong sunset view was really cool!
