07:00 AM, your scooter and the tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Chau Doc for a Chau Doc Loop Full Day Tour.

The scooter will drive you to the pier to embark the boat. Chau Doc River Tour & Small Canals by sampan (small boat) is the most authentic water way to explore a region. Chau Doc river - Bassac one is one of the most popular spots in Vietnam where it welcomes the freshwater of the upstream of the Mekong River and culture. Your guide will explain things about the history of the Mekong River, the local life.

Chau Doc River Tour keeps going to the Chau Doc floating fishing village. Explore one of the most famous floating fishing villages in Mekong river delta with hundreds of floating houses on the Bassac river. You will enter one of the floating houses through a porch. The locals will welcome you with hospitality. They will open a flap in the ground and throw fish food from the bag standing next to it into the water under the house. Immediately a chaotic hustle and bustle starts when the fish jump after the food. All the houses have nets underneath to breed fish, most of it Pangasius and Tilapia.

The sampan tour keeps going to the Chau Doc’s secrets – Cham minority village. Step into the Cham ethnic village and fully understand their cultural values that have been hidden through periods of social development. You may visit the Jamiul Azhar Mosque there as well. Today, the Cham are Muslims and mainly earn their living by weaving and textile trade. You can see one of these looms in the very local factory.

Your lovely sampan keeps exploring the waterways and experiencing the uniqueness of stilt houses with a relaxing Chau Doc sampan ride & small canal.

Around 10:00 AM, finish the morning boat trip. Get back to the mainland and the scooter tour keeps exploring the Chau Doc destination.

The scooter will leave Chau Doc city for Tra Su forest through the countryside road, not the main car road. This absolute experience is only for the motorbike tour. On the way, you will see hundreds of hectares of rice fields and the tour guide will stop at one of the best rice fields to visit to learn all about Mekong Delta rice fields (rice fields is seasonals in the dry season). Beside rice fields, this way is all about the countryside, you may see lotus farms and water buffalos during the wet season. Of course, on this trip, you sometimes will see green or yellow rice fields or farmers are harvesting on the farm or the countryside views of Mekong rural lives near the border of Vietnam in Chau Doc village.

Arrive at Tra Su forest (planted from the 80s). The tour guide then helps you with boat tickets and get on board. After sitting on a motor boat for around 20 minutes to contemplate the natural sights, you will take to the rowing sampan (about half hour) to watch birds and enjoy the most beautiful flooded forest in Vietnam as well as SE-Asia. Afterwards, get back to the motorboat and reach inner the forest. Take 500-meter walking to get to the 25-meter observation post to enjoy the fascinating view over the mountain in the area, the expanses of cajeput forest. Take an amazing bamboo walking bridge in the forest in Vietnam which gives you much time to feel the beauty of nature.

Visit the Hang pagoda – Phuoc Dien pagoda Chau Doc. The tour guide will escort and help you to explore the pagoda. Hang means cave. You can not find the caves (without the tour guide's escort) and more magical hidden caves like a tunnel in this pagoda. It is so cool to get to the end of the cave at the big rocks and enjoy the beauty of this stunning pagoda since 1840. (The tour guide will set a meeting point for you, if you do not want to conquer the caves).
