Nowadays, there are more and more green and responsible tours which are meaningful and educational as well. This is why Can Tho noodle factory is getting popular for both Vietnamese and foreigners to come and explore the cuisine culture and the typical local life in Can Tho, Mekong Delta.
There was a moment when the road curved around a lotus pond and everything just… stilled.
No car sounds, no voices, just the wind and the soft whir of the bike.
Thomas rode a few meters ahead, letting us experience things at our own pace.
I realized: I hadn’t breathed like this in years.
This is the Vietnam I’ll always carry with me.
I expected an interesting countryside visit. I did not expect to feel emotional.
Something about the way the sun fell over the lotus pond reminded me of childhood stories from my grandmother.
Hannah let us stop there for a while. No rush. Just stillness.
I didn’t speak much during the ride, but I was smiling the whole time.
Sometimes, the quietest tours leave the loudest memories.
