Nowadays, there are more and more green and responsible tours which are meaningful and educational as well. This is why Can Tho noodle factory is getting popular for both Vietnamese and foreigners to come and explore the cuisine culture and the typical local life in Can Tho, Mekong Delta.
Look, I wasn’t expecting luxury. But I also wasn’t expecting a water buffalo to rip one right next to my bike.
I almost fell off laughing.
Lâm cracked up too. He said, “That’s local music!” 😂
The whole tour felt like that—raw, funny, full of little moments. We stopped for a rest near a lotus pond and someone gave us sugarcane to chew.
I’ll remember this more than any museum. That’s saying something.
Okay, real talk: it was HOT. Like, sticky-shirt, sun-on-your-neck kinda hot.
But I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
Chris brought chilled water and kept our spirits up with little jokes. He said, “The sun here works overtime,” and I felt that deep in my pores.
We passed women planting rice, and one waved with her muddy hands. It was beautiful and rough and real.
If you want comfort, stay in your hotel. If you want truth, get on the bike.
