Woke up early, found a different world

Waking up at 2:45 AM isn’t my usual idea of fun on holiday, but this tour made it totally worth it.

Chris met us at the dock in Can Tho and immediately brought energy and charm. The floating market was already buzzing when we arrived — boats gliding past each other, people chatting across the water, and us enjoying pineapple while learning about the market’s deep roots in local culture.

The rice noodle factory was my favorite part — the bright colors, the old wooden tools, and the sweet smile of the lady who made our noodle snack by hand. It’s the kind of experience you can’t get in a city.

Gliding through tiny canals under the canopy of trees was like slipping into another time. Quiet, lush, beautiful. We wrapped it all up with a hearty lunch, full of local flavors.
