Honestly, I thought this tour might be too early for my comfort, but it ended up being one of my favorite experiences in Vietnam. Duy was waiting for us in Can Tho with a warm smile, and everything flowed smoothly from there.
The Cai Rang floating market was so alive! Boats bumping gently, sellers calling out, and sunlight creeping over the rooftops. We had fresh pineapple and waved at kids from other boats.
The noodle factory was super cool – the colors, the smells, the way they use everything. The lady who made us noodle pizza smiled the entire time. And then came the tropical fruit garden – guava, longan, mango – all fresh.
The final canoe ride through the small canals was like a dream. I didn’t want it to end.
