Nowadays, there are more and more green and responsible tours which are meaningful and educational as well. This is why Can Tho noodle factory is getting popular for both Vietnamese and foreigners to come and explore the cuisine culture and the typical local life in Can Tho, Mekong Delta.
Our 3 PM tour with guide Logan was something special. The river shimmered under the late sun, and everywhere, life moved at its own gentle rhythm. Logan told stories of fishermen and floating schools that made me realize how unique this culture is. The locals waved and laughed as we passed — qué lindo, as one of my fellow travelers whispered. The fruit was fresh, the breeze soft, and as the sky turned amber, I felt a deep calm. It’s not just sightseeing; it’s a quiet lesson in simplicity and beauty.
I went for the 5 AM tour with guide Lâm, and wow — it was worth every minute of lost sleep. The mist over the river, the hum of small engines, and the smell of breakfast cooking from a nearby boat — pure magic. Lâm knew everyone on the water and translated their cheerful greetings for us. We stopped for noodles and coffee that tasted like home somehow. Watching the floating market wake up felt like joining a secret ritual. I’ll never forget the warmth of those smiles and Lâm’s easy humor.
