Can Tho Rice Noodle Factory & Villages
Nowadays, there are more and more green and responsible tours which are meaningful and educational as well. This is why Can Tho noodle factory is getting popular for both Vietnamese and foreigners to come and explore the cuisine culture and the typical local life in Can Tho, Mekong Delta.
We joined the mid-morning option and even though it was warmer, it didn’t take away from the serenity of the experience. Minh was a wonderful storyteller — he helped us understand how the river shapes daily life and identity here. The floating market was calmer but still fascinating. The canal was shaded and quiet, a world away from the city buzz. We walked through a humble, beautiful village, where Minh helped us engage with locals in a respectful, meaningful way. This tour was exactly what we needed: slow, mindful, and full of heart.
We took the earliest tour and it felt like we were gliding through a dream. The sky slowly lightened as David navigated us toward the Cai Rang floating market. The energy of the vendors, the breakfast on the river, and the coffee prepared right on the boat made it all feel surreal. David was deeply knowledgeable but also kind and easygoing — it felt like we were exploring with a friend. The small canal afterward, blanketed in green, was like another world. We’re leaving Can Tho with memories that will stay with us for years.
