Can Tho Rice Noodle Factory & Villages
Nowadays, there are more and more green and responsible tours which are meaningful and educational as well. This is why Can Tho noodle factory is getting popular for both Vietnamese and foreigners to come and explore the cuisine culture and the typical local life in Can Tho, Mekong Delta.
We chose the 9 AM tour and didn’t expect it to leave such a strong impression. Even without the sunrise, the river was alive with stories. Hieu was an incredible guide — full of passion, with a deep love for Can Tho and its people. He explained everything in a way that made the history and change of the floating market really stick. The pineapple we shared on the boat tasted like sunshine, and the canal cruise offered a window into the softer side of the Delta. This wasn’t about checking off sights — it was about feeling something real.
At dawn, Thomas greeted us with warmth and energy that quickly made us feel like we were in the best hands. The floating market was in full swing — not a show for tourists, but a genuine space of trade, food, and life. We had a delicious bowl of breakfast noodles right there on the water and sipped coffee while watching the boats drift by. After that, we entered a peaceful canal where all we could hear was the paddle slicing the water. The village walk was brief but meaningful, and we felt so welcomed by the smiles. Thomas made the whole tour feel like a heartfelt conversation with the Mekong itself.
