Can Tho Rice Noodle Factory & Villages
Nowadays, there are more and more green and responsible tours which are meaningful and educational as well. This is why Can Tho noodle factory is getting popular for both Vietnamese and foreigners to come and explore the cuisine culture and the typical local life in Can Tho, Mekong Delta.
We chose the 3 PM tour and couldn’t have made a better decision. The sunset over the Mekong tributary was like something out of a film — soft colors, the gentle breeze, and that golden calm over the water. Chris made everything easy, friendly, and informative. He shared insights into the history of the market, village life, and his own connection to Can Tho. I especially loved the peaceful canal part — no noise, no rush, just nature and tradition. It’s a gentle but deep way to understand this region.
I did the 9 AM sampan tour and it was ideal for a late riser like me. Though we missed the sunrise and breakfast, the peacefulness of the canal, the rustic charm of the riverside homes, and Minh’s storytelling made this one of the most relaxing experiences of our Vietnam trip. The 500-meter walk through the quiet village was just enough to feel connected to local life without any commercial interruptions. Minh answered all our questions, always smiling. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to escape the city and feel the real Mekong.
