Un super tour avec Chris, qui était vraiment sympa et intéressant. On a commencé par le marché flottant de Cai Rang — très typique, beaucoup d’ambiance, j’ai adoré goûter l’ananas frais en naviguant. Ensuite, balade tranquille vers un jardin de fruits, où on a découvert plusieurs espèces locales. Très relaxant. L’atelier de nouilles était vraiment marrant à voir, et on a dégusté une sorte de crêpe faite avec ces nouilles colorées. À la ferme de cacao, super explication sur la fabrication du chocolat, et dégustation de lait et vin de cacao ! Enfin, on a pris un bon déjeuner dans un cadre verdoyant. Une journée inoubliable !
A tranquil, meaningful day. David guided us with care and calm. I particularly loved the early morning start — the floating market was alive yet serene in the golden light. Boats gliding past, vendors calling out, and we had juicy pineapple right there on the water. We meandered through green canals to a charming fruit garden. Simple, fresh, and quiet. At the noodle house, I was enchanted by the traditional process — and that noodle pizza, surprisingly delicious. The cacao farm had the earthy scent of cocoa and soil — a real gem. I bought some cacao nibs! Lunch was fresh and light, a perfect end. Would recommend this to anyone who wants authenticity, not crowds.
