Super chilled and informative tour. Minh is a legend, knows a ton and really cares that you have a good time. Boat ride to Cai Rang was peaceful and the floating market was buzzing — locals buying breakfast, pineapples everywhere. Had one straight off a boat, sweet and juicy. Fruit garden was next, not too long but nice to walk in the shade. The noodle house was something I’d never see back home, old-school noodle making, and Minh translated the grandma’s stories. Loved that touch. Cacao farm was fun too, especially the wine. Lunch hit the spot, very local, nothing fancy but tasty and filling. Cheers Minh!
I had never heard of Can Tho before coming to Vietnam, but wow, this tour was the perfect way to discover it. Thomas was easygoing, funny, and incredibly informative. We started with the floating market — not just boats and fruits, but a whole ecosystem. It felt very real, not something staged for tourists. We got pineapple from a boat lady, and Thomas explained how they tell what they’re selling with the pole. Then the fruit garden — so green and peaceful, and we tasted jackfruit straight from the tree! The noodle house was impressive, I took so many videos of the rice being steamed into sheets. Noodle pizza = unexpected and delicious. The cacao farm was like a surprise ending. Homemade chocolate and that cacao wine? Dangerous in the best way. I left feeling like I really saw a side of Vietnam I wouldn’t have without this tour.
