Une journée magique avec Lâm! Dès le matin, il nous a emmenés au marché flottant. On a bu un café vietnamien sur le bateau et mangé de l’ananas frais pendant que le soleil se levait sur la rivière. Après ça, c’était visite d’un jardin de fruits tropicaux, très tranquille, on a goûté à tout. Mais mon moment préféré, c’était la maison de nouilles. Voir les femmes locales travailler avec autant de savoir-faire, c’était fascinant. Et la pizza de nouilles, un vrai délice. Ensuite, le petit tour à la ferme de cacao était surprenant – je ne savais pas que le Vietnam produisait du cacao! Lâm est un super guide, très drôle et plein d’histoires sur la culture locale. Le déjeuner à la fin était généreux et délicieux. Merci pour cette belle découverte!
Diese Tour war ein echtes Highlight unserer Vietnam-Reise. David war ein großartiger Guide – sehr sympathisch, mit vielen spannenden Geschichten über das Leben am Mekong. Der schwimmende Markt war farbenfroh und authentisch, besonders am frühen Morgen, wenn das Licht weich ist. Die Bootsfahrt durch die ruhigen Kanäle danach war traumhaft schön. Im Obstgarten haben wir frische tropische Früchte probiert – Mangostan, Rambutan, Drachenfrucht… alles super lecker. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das traditionelle Nudelhaus. Die Herstellung ist richtiges Handwerk, und das Nudel-Pizza war überraschend gut! Auf der Kakaofarm konnten wir echte Kakaobohnen sehen, probieren und sogar Kakaowein trinken – sehr interessant. Das Mittagessen am Ende war köstlich und reichlich. Ich kann diese Tour mit David absolut empfehlen!
