What a wild ride (literally)! I loved every minute of this night food tour. The motorbike aspect added a bit of adrenaline, but Chris drove safely and made it super enjoyable. Fried prawn cake was a solid start, but the duck pancake? That was next-level flavor. Also, the grilled pork patty salad rolls were fire. The rooftop bar at the end was so chilled, a great way to wind down. I’d do this again in a heartbeat.
We’ve done food tours in many countries, but nothing quite like this one. Riding on the back of a motorbike through the streets of Can Tho was thrilling in itself, but pairing it with such phenomenal street food made it unforgettable. The fried prawn cake? Unreal. We even got to watch it sizzle in the pan right in front of us. Hieu was such a fun and knowledgeable guide, weaving stories into each stop and helping us understand every ingredient. The rooftop café was a perfect end — drinking a fruity cocktail while watching the city lights shimmer on the Mekong River.
