Thomas was a wonderful guide – warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about Can Tho’s food scene. He took us to spots I’d never find on my own, each one better than the last. The prawn cakes were golden and crunchy, but it was the duck pancake that completely stole my heart. We had beers with locals, exchanged stories, and I felt totally immersed in the moment. Ending the night on a rooftop café watching the city lights dance over the river – just magical. I didn’t want it to end.
Minh made this tour feel like a night out with a good friend who knows all the best spots in town. We laughed, shared stories, and tasted the most incredible street food. I loved how he explained each dish and ingredient – I never knew lemongrass and baby corn could blend so beautifully. Sitting at tiny tables with locals, sipping beer, and watching food cooked on the spot was such an authentic experience. I felt connected to the culture, not just like a tourist passing through. Truly unforgettable.
