Chris was the perfect host for this night food adventure. The prawn cake was crispy and freshly fried right in front of us — truly unforgettable! The Khmer soup was a new flavor for me, rich and comforting. Wandering through the local park and then finishing at a rooftop café overlooking Can Tho’s river at night made this experience magical.
This wasn’t just a food tour. It was a walk through real life in Can Tho. The dishes were all unique — not tourist versions, but real local favorites. Hannah gave us context, shared fun facts, and even taught us how to say “1, 2, 3 dzô!” properly! Loved the local park atmosphere at the beginning and the peaceful rooftop at the end.
