   From the first step into that buzzing park full of locals jogging and kicking shuttlecocks, I felt like I had stepped into real life — not a tourist stage. Minh was full of energy and laughter, always ready with a story that made the places and foods come alive. I’d never had fried prawn cakes before, and now I’m dreaming about them. But what really surprised me was the Khmer soup — so delicate and comforting. Minh took us to alleys and corners we’d never find on our own. The rooftop view at the end with a cold drink was the perfect wrap. This wasn’t just food — it was culture served hot.
