When people ask me what to see in Mekong today. I tell them view our MekongDelta365.

Nowadays, there are more and more green and responsible tours which are meaningful and educational as well. This is why Can Tho noodle factory is getting popular for both Vietnamese and foreigners to come and explore the cuisine culture and the typical local life in Can Tho, Mekong Delta.
David had a calm energy that matched the pace of the Mekong.
We began with the floating market—early but alive. It wasn’t crowded, and that made it more special. I sat cross-legged on the boat, sipping strong Vietnamese coffee as the sky slowly shifted from grey to gold. A seller waved at me with a papaya in hand. I waved back. It felt human.
Instead of rushing, David led us gently toward a peaceful sampan ride through shaded canals. I was stunned by the stillness, the trees folding over the water like a dome.
Our visit to the noodle-making family was joyful. The grandma told us stories (David translated with great humor), and we tried our hand at rolling noodles. I was terrible, but the laughter was worth it.
Tra Su came next. The forest welcomed us with its symphony of buzzing insects and distant bird calls. On the tower, I didn’t say a word—I just breathed.
The Khmer temple was our final stop. Children played nearby while inside, monks chanted in low tones. It reminded me that travel isn’t always about excitement—sometimes, it’s about stillness.
Minh didn’t just show us the Delta—he wove it into a beautiful, living tapestry.
The day began not with the market but with a slow boat into the green corridors of the Mekong’s smaller tributaries. The hush of morning, broken only by birds and dipping oars, created a serenity I didn’t expect.
Later, we reached the floating market, where Minh skillfully translated our chat with a cheerful pineapple seller. Breakfast arrived floating—hot hu tieu and iced coffee straight from a boat. A surreal joy.
Then came the surprise: the noodle family. Watching rice batter become translucent noodle sheets was like watching magic. We got flour on our hands, and the hosts laughed with us, not at us. I felt connected.
Tra Su was ethereal. Minh guided us on foot, then by boat, pointing out bee nests and even a shy bat hanging overhead. It felt like a secret world.
Finally, the Khmer pagoda—elegant, quiet, sunlit. We were allowed to join a short chant with the monks. My heart stilled.
This was not a checklist of places. This was a day of quiet wonder, thanks to Minh.
