Can Tho Rice Noodle Factory & Villages
Nowadays, there are more and more green and responsible tours which are meaningful and educational as well. This is why Can Tho noodle factory is getting popular for both Vietnamese and foreigners to come and explore the cuisine culture and the typical local life in Can Tho, Mekong Delta.
This tour is exactly what I was looking for — an immersive, no-rush experience led by someone who clearly loves the Mekong. Our guide Duy was kind, patient, and gave us a lot of local insights.
Watching the market come alive in the early hours felt like witnessing something slowly fading but still very much alive. We had pho for breakfast on the boat — the flavors were rich and soothing.
The rice noodle house was a surprise. I thought it’d be a quick stop, but we ended up staying a while, watching, asking questions, even helping roll the noodles. The noodle “pizza” was a fun snack too.
The garden was lush, and I liked how Duy made sure we didn’t just eat the fruit but also learned their names in Vietnamese and their traditional uses.
By the time we glided through the narrow canals, I felt like I had seen a side of Vietnam that’s harder to reach on your own. This tour is gentle, honest, and unforgettable.
このサンライズツアーは、カントーの本当の姿を見せてくれました。ガイドのハンナさんは日本語は話せませんが、英語がゆっくりでわかりやすく、とても親切でした。
市場はとても静かで、でも活気も感じました。朝の空気と共に、ボートの上で食べるフォーは最高でした。
ライスヌードルの工房も、家族のように迎えてくれて、機械ではなく手作業で作っている様子に感動しました。色とりどりの麺も美しかったです。
フルーツガーデンでは、珍しい果物をたくさん味わいました。特にライチとドラゴンフルーツが甘くて印象に残っています。
最後の運河のクルーズは本当に静かで、鳥の声と水の音だけ。まるで別世界にいるようでした。
