Can Tho Rice Noodle Factory & Villages
Nowadays, there are more and more green and responsible tours which are meaningful and educational as well. This is why Can Tho noodle factory is getting popular for both Vietnamese and foreigners to come and explore the cuisine culture and the typical local life in Can Tho, Mekong Delta.
Thomas was such a thoughtful and insightful guide. He made the early start so easy and enjoyable — his quiet humor and warmth were the perfect match for the peaceful vibe of the tour.
The floating market was smaller than I expected, but so real. Thomas explained why it’s shrinking and how locals are adapting, and that gave the experience a bittersweet richness I didn’t anticipate.
I loved the noodle factory — the smell of fresh steamed rice, the rhythm of the process, and that noodle snack made with chili sauce was addictive!
The fruit garden walk was a slow and lovely moment to just observe and ask about different plants I’d never seen before.
And the canals… wow. It felt like we were the only ones on the river. That silence, broken only by soft paddling and birdsong — I’ll hold onto that memory for a long time. Thank you, Thomas.
