    Mekong Magic and Hidden Corners

    I booked the tour mainly for the floating market, but what stayed with me most was the peaceful journey through the backwater canals. Danh, our guide, had an infectious enthusiasm and showed us sides of the Mekong most people never see. The noodle “factory” was a total surprise—not touristy at all. The pineapple was the freshest I’ve ever tasted, and the hidden canals were a serene paradise. It was quiet, genuine, and full of soul. I’ll be telling people about this for years.
