Itinerary
  • Pick-up
    5:00 AM, our English speaking tour guide and car will pick you up from your hotel and transfer to the Ninh Kieu pier for embarking the authentic small boat (sampan).
  • Can Tho floating market and the sunrise (sometimes) sampan ride
    Arrive at Cai Rang floating market – a must see in Can Tho, Mekong Delta. Your guide will explain and tell you why "early market" "why floating market here" and "why floating market is getting smaller after every 365 days" "why we should see it in real life, real smell before it disappears" and more. The experience includes the best noodle soup on the river tour. Even our guide will take care of your vegetarian breakfast as well. Find a reason to interact with the river life.

    Visit the Mekong's fish and farmer market (no-touristy) lets you see the Delta's true heartbeat.   • The tour will be serving the fresh seasonal tropical fruits at the floating market as well.

    The sampan keeps reaching to the organic cacao farm where the guide will tell you interesting stories about cacao and Mr. Cacao and how to make chocolates, wines, comestics... Have a glass of cacao milk (included).
  • A ride of your life in Mekong (cycling 12km)
    Let’s bike (12km) like an insider and make “a ride of your life in Mekong”. Your cycling tour will weave in and out untouched peaceful villages, tropical orchards, countryside roads. Stop and pass by many small canals.

  • Back to hotel
    Our car/taxi picks you up, and transfers back to Can Tho city. Around 11:30 AM end the tour at the hotel in Can Tho City.

    Like paddling into a postcard

    We were picked up before sunrise and I honestly didn’t expect it to be this beautiful. Minh made everything easy and interesting from the very beginning.
    Watching the sun rise over Cai Rang floating market was magical. The noodle breakfast on the boat? Delicious and warm.
    Then we saw the rice noodle family – not a tourist trap but a real working place. Their pizza was so good!
    The canals felt like something out of a nature documentary – calm, untouched, green.
    Biking through villages gave me a new appreciation for rural life here. And the cacao milk at the end was the perfect treat.
    Highly recommended!

    Authentic Mekong by paddle and pedal

    If you’re looking for the soul of the Mekong Delta, this is the tour. Duy is a fantastic guide – informative, kind, and funny.
    The floating market at sunrise was like a living painting. I still remember the smell of noodle soup and the calm rocking of the boat.
    The paddle through the small canals was magical – no engines, just water and nature.
    The bike ride? So peaceful. We passed rice fields, jackfruit trees, friendly neighbors.
    I loved the cacao farm – and yes, the chocolate was delicious!
    A perfect balance of culture, nature, and movement.
