When people ask me what to see in Mekong today. I tell them view our MekongDelta365.

Nowadays, there are more and more green and responsible tours which are meaningful and educational as well. This is why Can Tho noodle factory is getting popular for both Vietnamese and foreigners to come and explore the cuisine culture and the typical local life in Can Tho, Mekong Delta.
From the moment Duy ushered us onto our bikes, I knew this would be more than exercise—it would be an act of discovery. We rolled through sleepy villages where laundry hung like festive banners, and curious faces peeked from doorways. Duy’s commentary—ranging from the science of rice cultivation to local ghost stories—kept me captivated between tight turns.
The organic cacao farm radiated warmth. We sipped thick, cold cacao milk under swaying palms, and laughed with the family who has tended those trees since the 1960s.
In the fruit garden, we sampled rambutan and pomelo—each taste a burst of sunshine. The final pedal alongside shimmering rice fields in golden light felt like riding through a masterpiece. When we finally returned, legs pleasantly tired, my heart was full. This tour was indeed a ride of a lifetime.
Minh’s energy never flagged, even as we tackled gentle hills and palm‑shaded paths. He encouraged us to slow down and notice the little details: the way morning mist clung to paddy edges, the laughter of schoolkids on bicycles, and the distant hum of farmers tilling the earth.
At the organic cacao farm, families showed us how they hand‑craft chocolate, wine, and even skincare products from the cacao bean—an art passed down through generations. The creamy cacao milk was a revelation.
Our final stop beneath the gargantuan ficus tree was a lesson in resilience. Minh recounted how guerrillas once used its massive roots as shelter, and standing in its shadow, I could almost feel history stirring. As we pedaled back to Can Tho, I realized I wasn’t just returning to a hotel—I was carrying home a piece of the Delta’s living story.
