  • Pick-up
    Pickup: at 01:30 PM (or 07:30 AM), our excellent English speaking tour guide and car/taxi will pick you up from your hotel and transfer to the countryside where you start the bike ride from the countryside.
  • A ride of your life in Mekong
    Let’s bike like an insider and make “a ride of your life in Mekong”. Your cycling tour will weave in and out untouched peaceful villages, tropical orchards, countryside roads. Stop and pass by many small canals.
  • Can Tho organic cacao farm
    Visit the organic cacao farm, was built in the 1960s and has been maintained until now, where the guide will tell you interesting stories about cacao and Mr. Cacao and how to make chocolates, wines, cosmetics…Have a glass of cacao milk (included).
  • The homegrown fruit garden along the biking way!
    It is an educational and fun trip to learn some things about the native trees and fruits, leaves and flowers at the fruit garden. The tour includes walking around the garden and listening to the tour guide’s stories and tasting the fresh seasonal fruits.
  • A secret VC base at the heritage tree
    Visit a famous old giant ficus microcarpa tree - a great place for VC to camouflage and hide means of warfare and trained guerrillas. Your guide will absolutely explain more interesting things about war sides in the Mekong region.
  • Back to hotel
    05:30 PM (or 11:30 AM), our car/taxi will transfer you back to the hotel in Can Tho. End the Can Tho Secret Countryside Biking Tour.

    Can Tho’s Warmest Welcome Came on a Bicycle

    This was not just a tour, it was a welcome into local life. Hieu was kind and patient, especially as I stopped many times to take photos and chat with villagers. The ride was easy, with smooth roads and green views all around. The cacao farm brought back childhood memories of sweets, and the fruit garden was an explosion of flavors. Highly recommend!

    From Chocolate to Paddy Fields: A Story on Two Wheels

    I loved every minute of it! Chris kept things light and fun, but also shared so much about the history of the land, especially at the ficus tree. The biking route was manageable and scenic — a great mix of shaded paths, village roads, and breezy canal views. The cacao tasting was the cherry on top. I’m taking home more than just memories.
