    The early pick-up was no problem at all once I saw the beauty of the Cai Rang floating market at sunrise. Duy was knowledgeable and friendly, explaining the market’s history and the daily lives of the river people in a way that felt genuine and heartfelt. The fresh pineapple on the boat was a real treat.

    Cruising to the fruit garden was a relaxing escape, and tasting the seasonal fruits made it even better. The highlight was visiting the family-run noodle house, where the colorful noodles and noodle pizza made by the owner’s wife were unlike anything I’ve tried before. It was a perfect blend of culture, food, and nature.

    A Magical Morning on the Mekong

    Waking up early was totally worth it for this unforgettable experience. The moment we arrived at the Cai Rang floating market, I felt like I had stepped into another world. Hieu’s stories about the market and river life were fascinating and made everything come alive. The freshest pineapple I’ve ever tasted was the perfect start.
