    Noodles for breakfast? Yes, please!

    Waking up early was totally fine once I saw the sunrise over the Mekong. David made the trip feel smooth and very local. He explained how people live on the river, and how floating markets work. I enjoyed the fruit orchard walk, and the noodle house was such a gem — cozy, delicious, and so Vietnamese. The noodle pizza surprised me. I wish I had the recipe!

    No tourist traps, no crowds, just real people doing real things. That’s what I appreciated most about this tour. Hannah made us feel welcome and gave us lots of insights — not just facts, but real life stories. The noodle family? Super kind. And their pizza was crunchy and surprisingly flavorful. Loved it.
