    A great family-friendly tour

We traveled with two kids (ages 6 and 9), and this tour was perfect for them. From tasting sweets at the coconut workshop to seeing the pop rice “pop!”—they were entertained and engaged the entire time. Minh was outstanding with children—very kind and always explaining things at their level.

The boat was comfortable, and although Cai Be floating market is much smaller now, it didn’t feel like a loss. We loved the traditional music on the island and the rowing sampan. Lunch in the fruit garden was fresh and tasty. It’s rare to find a tour that fits both kids and adults, but this one truly did.

    Peaceful day on the water

This tour was exactly what I was looking for—a relaxing, authentic escape from Saigon. The drive from HCMC to Cai Be was smooth, and we were greeted by Thomas at the boat pier with a warm smile. The floating market wasn’t as bustling as I imagined, but it made the visit more intimate and calm. I especially enjoyed the small local workshop; Thomas explained each process with patience and humor. The coconut candy and snake wine were both surprisingly good!

The sampan ride was a real highlight—peaceful canals under arching coconut trees. Lunch in the garden was delicious, especially the elephant ear fish! The day ended perfectly with a pottery kiln visit in Vinh Long before heading to Can Tho. Great organization, great guide, and a great experience.
