Can Tho Rice Noodle Factory & Villages
Nowadays, there are more and more green and responsible tours which are meaningful and educational as well. This is why Can Tho noodle factory is getting popular for both Vietnamese and foreigners to come and explore the cuisine culture and the typical local life in Can Tho, Mekong Delta.
If you’re on the fence about getting up at 4:30 AM — do it. Minh was fantastic — full of historical knowledge, jokes, and heart.
The floating market wasn’t just a photo stop. Minh helped us understand how river life evolved, how it’s fading, and what it means to the people here. He even helped me chat with a boat vendor!
The noodle factory was surprisingly colorful and full of life. The canal ride after that… I don’t have words. So still. So green. So perfect. Honestly one of the most authentic things I’ve done in Vietnam.
Une matinée merveilleuse! Le guide Thomas était passionné et très attentionné. Il nous a expliqué avec émotion l’histoire du marché flottant et pourquoi il faut le voir tant qu’il existe encore.
Nous avons dégusté une soupe de nouilles directement sur un bateau — simple mais tellement savoureuse! Puis, nous avons visité une petite fabrique de nouilles de riz — j’ai adoré voir les couleurs et les techniques locales.
Mais le plus beau moment pour moi a été la balade sur les petits canaux… le silence, les palmiers, l’eau qui reflétait le ciel du matin. C’était comme un rêve. Merci mille fois Thomas!
