I’m still in awe of this tour. Minh guided us with calm and kindness, helping us find meaning in the little things — a wave from a passing vendor, the sound of water against the boat, the smell of steaming noodles in the morning. The small canal felt like a lost world, rich in greenery and life. I’ve never experienced a tour that felt this peaceful and personal. And the cacao farm — what a sweet surprise! Everything was just… perfect.
David was thoughtful, caring, and really gave us the space to observe, listen, and ask questions. From the floating market to the hidden canal network, every part of this journey was meaningful. I particularly loved how David explained the decline of the market and the importance of visiting it respectfully. Tasting fresh pineapple from a boat, watching the rice noodle process in a humble family setting, sipping cacao milk under the trees — this wasn’t just a tour, it was a gift.
