Lâm was a wonderful guide — warm, clear, and deeply connected to his roots. The floating market at sunrise was gentle and poetic. We watched people trading breakfast from boat to boat — something I’ll remember forever. The canal ride was my personal highlight — peaceful, untouched, like time stood still. The rice noodle factory was raw and inspiring, and the fruit garden tasted like sunshine. Lâm made everything feel personal, not commercial. This was the heart of the Mekong.
This wasn’t just sightseeing — it was living, feeling, and learning. Thomas brought us into a world that’s slowly disappearing. He was honest and passionate about what he showed us, from the floating market’s reality to the story behind the noodle-making family. The boat ride through the secret canal — wow! It was a moment of silence I’ll never forget. The cacao farm and village walk were like chapters in a quiet novel. I felt lucky to experience this before it changes more.
