    This was the highlight of my entire Vietnam trip. Minh was incredibly knowledgeable and calm — exactly what you want at 5 AM! The floating market felt like a vanishing treasure, and Minh helped us understand the deeper reasons behind its fading. Eating hot vegetarian noodles while the sun rose over the water was surreal.
