This was the highlight of my entire Vietnam trip. Minh was incredibly knowledgeable and calm — exactly what you want at 5 AM! The floating market felt like a vanishing treasure, and Minh helped us understand the deeper reasons behind its fading. Eating hot vegetarian noodles while the sun rose over the water was surreal. But what truly touched me was the ride through the canal — so green, quiet, and alive. The cacao farm was a delightful surprise. This tour is for people who want to connect, not just see.
Thomas took care of every little detail. He shared the bigger story — how the floating market connects to local life, economy, and even climate change. The canal in Phong Dien was absolutely stunning — green, narrow, and untouched. I loved seeing the noodle-making process by a local family, not in a showroom but in their home. The cacao farm was fun and educational, especially hearing about Mr. Cacao and his chocolate-making legacy. This tour is not for tourists — it’s for travelers who want to feel the Mekong with all their senses.
