Lâm was exceptional. He shared local history and insight with passion, and always made sure we were comfortable and engaged. I had never seen anything like the floating market before — vendors tossing pineapples across boats, people cooking right on the water. The ride through the secret canal was silent and dreamlike, just birds, trees, and water. Walking through the fruit garden and tasting the season’s best, then sipping cacao milk in a family farm from the 60s — this was Vietnam as I’ve never seen it. Highly, highly recommended.
Hannah made this morning magical. From the moment she picked us up with her warm smile, I felt like we were in safe, passionate hands. The floating market was quiet but deeply moving — a piece of culture that may not last forever. We had hot noodle soup made right on a boat. Hannah told stories not just about what we saw, but about the lives behind them. The peaceful canal ride in Phong Dien was my favorite — we floated slowly, surrounded by green. This tour was not touristy — it was human, intimate, and deeply memorable.
