What a perfect way to experience the true Mekong! Minh brought the whole tour to life with his knowledge, humor, and deep love for the region. The floating market was not huge or loud — it was subtle, intimate, and fascinating. Minh got us hot vegetarian noodle soup right on the river, and it warmed my soul. The canals in Phong Dien were the most peaceful place I’ve ever seen. I didn’t want it to end. Walking through the village, learning about fruit, cacao, and real life in Can Tho — I left with a full heart.
