Thomas is a gem of a guide — informative, thoughtful, and quietly funny. The whole tour had this beautiful balance: vibrant energy at the floating market, peaceful gliding through narrow canals, and warm moments in the garden and cacao farm. The noodle factory was my favorite stop — so raw and local, not staged at all. Thomas gave context to everything without overwhelming us. I truly felt like I got to understand the Mekong Delta, not just look at it.
I wasn’t sure about waking up before dawn on vacation — but I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Hieu was warm and knowledgeable, and he guided us gently through every part of the journey. Watching the sunrise from the sampan felt like the Mekong opened its arms just for us. The floating market, though smaller now, was filled with stories Hieu helped us understand. The peaceful Phong Dien canal and the cacao milk at the end made this tour unforgettable. It’s not a “show” — it’s real life. And I’m grateful I saw it.
