Pick-up05:00 AM, our car and tour guide will pick you up from your hotel and transfer to the boat station for embarking the sampan – an authentic traditional small boat for the tour.

Them ci ha accompagnato in questo tour fantastico. Si comincia prima dell’alba avviandosi verso il mercato galleggiante, che sta diventando sempre meno popolato a causa dei grandi centri commerciali. Per questo motivo è importante visitarlo prima che ne resti solamente un museo. Them è preparatissimo, oltre a spiegarci la storia e le tradizioni degli abitanti ha risposto ad ogni nostra domanda su frutti, piante e abitudini del luogo. Compresi nel biglietto ci sono:
– caffé comprato direttamente dai mercanti
– noodles comprati dalla barca ristorante e mangiati sul fiume
– ingresso e vista alla cacao farm con cioccolata calda e cioccolatini. Abbiamo conosciuto il proprietario di 74 anni che cura da solo questo posto storico e ci ha fatto cogliere, aprire e assaggiare una fava fresca di cacao
– degustazione di 5 e più frutti esotici diversi direttamente dal fruit garden di un agricoltore locale
– visita alla noodles farm con un piatto di noodles fritti con uova e verdure
Tutto questo vale da solo il prezzo del biglietto.
È possibile inoltre acquistare frutta e altro dai venditori in barca,. sostenendo l’economia locale. Io ho provato un raviolo dolce ripieno di crema (Banh Beo).
