Duy gave us a morning full of gentle adventure — sounds, tastes, and smells I’ll carry with me. The floating market at sunrise was calming and poetic. I loved sipping coffee on the boat while Duy explained the history and changes of the market. The sampan was so quiet, allowing us to melt into the scenery. The rice noodle “factory” was genuine and humbling, and the cacao farm was just beautiful. Duy’s stories made the whole journey deeper and more meaningful than I ever expected.
Hannah was simply fantastic — informative, friendly, and always smiling. I was surprised how touching this tour was. It felt like stepping into someone’s world, not just watching from a distance. The sampan ride was peaceful, and the floating market brought back childhood memories of my grandfather’s stories about river life. The handmade rice noodle experience was like nothing I’d ever seen. Walking to the cacao farm felt like a stroll through another era. Thank you, Hannah, for sharing the soul of the Mekong with us.
