    More Than a Tour – A Journey Into the Soul of the Mekong

    There’s something magical about starting your day before sunrise on a quiet river. The floating market was authentic and busy, but it was the winding canal ride that really spoke to me.

    The bike ride was incredible — unpaved village paths, school kids waving, farmers tending their gardens. I could smell lemongrass in the air. We stopped often, including at a cacao farm, where I tasted fresh beans and heard stories from Chris about farming and life in Vietnam.

    The ficus tree was hauntingly beautiful. This tour wasn’t just sightseeing — it was storytelling, memory, and discovery.

    Floating Markets & Footprints on Village Roads

    Je suis tombée amoureuse du Delta du Mékong aujourd’hui. Dès les premiers instants sur le marché flottant, j’ai su que ce voyage serait spécial.

    Mais ce sont les petits chemins de terre, les ponts en bois branlants, les jardins fruitiers où j’ai cueilli une goyave… qui ont gravé ce jour dans mon cœur.

    Chris est un guide exceptionnel, passionné et drôle. Il a partagé tant d’histoires locales, notamment sur l’arbre géant utilisé pendant la guerre.
