わずか数時間のツアーでしたが、メコンデルタの魅力がぎゅっと詰まっていて大満足です。ガイドのDavidさんはとても親切で、丁寧に説明してくれました。
特に印象的だったのは、手作業でマットを織る村の女性との交流と、手漕ぎボートで静かな水路を進む体験です。観光地というより、地元の人々の生活に溶け込んだような感覚が心に残りました。
Hannah was absolutely fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke flawless English. This tour might only be a few hours, but it felt very full and immersive. Seeing the brick kilns up close and learning how locals still produce handmade bricks was super interesting.
What I didn’t expect was how beautiful and relaxing the canal ride would be. We didn’t see any other tourists, just calm water, green coconut palms, and the sounds of nature. I also loved how hands-on the mat weaving stop was — the woman even let me try! 10/10 would do again.
